Resolved Question: I stayed at Super 8 hotel Plano Texas, they extra-charge my credit card after I leave w/o my authorization?

I want to know What authority or consumer protection institution I should contact to inform about this abuse and How I can do to VOID the extra charge they made? The charge made is an abuse and I want to inform about this to an institution that can investigate them, since this is not ethical, not fair and they are abussing to customers.
