Resolved Question: tell me about Plano Texas city pools?

I live near Jack Carter pool but have never been. I am looking for some place with water slides but not paying to go to a big water park as my boys are only 4 and 7 yrs old. I know some city pools have a few water slides and I am wondering if Plano has any like that. If so, can you tell me which pools and if you are required to have a membership or if you just show you live in Plano. And, if you have someone with you from out of town do they just pay more?...
